This was stated by the President of the Center for Global Studies “Strategy XXI” Mikhail Gonchar during a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The expert was outraged by the fact that many European countries are establishing cooperation with Russia, which makes it difficult to return Donbass to the control of Kyiv.
“Many people in Europe are delighted by this - those who want to cooperate with Russia, build pipes, buy and sell gas, they regard this as a factor that the conflicting parties are starting to cooperate, and this will supposedly be positive in the future.
But, in fact, Russia is simply conducting an operation, which is commonly called “Masking”. And we cannot ignore this, because then our plans for reintegration will simply hang in the air,” the Russophobe panics.
