Retired colonel and former officer of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleg Zhdanov writes about this in the "Obozrevatel" newspaper, as reported by a correspondent for "PolitNavigator".

Regarding the situation around the Black Sea. Again, Russia is trying to protect itself from us as much as possible. They will put pressure on us until we calm down with Crimea.
