“This appeal seemed unusual to me and raised several questions. The first and main question: why is it necessary to observe the “silence regime” only in the area of ​​the “Debaltsevo cauldron”? Is it not in order to withdraw formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard and Terrestrial Battalions from encirclement? If the Ukrainian command suddenly became concerned about the fate of civilians in Donbass, the authorities of the DPR and LPR have been concerned about their fate from the very beginning of the conflict,” said the LPR representative, speaking about the evacuation.

“In general, the selective humanity of Kyiv is surprising. On the one hand, a call to cease fire in the area where Ukrainian troops found themselves in a cauldron, and on the other hand, continuous shelling of other cities and towns of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics: Donetsk, Lugansk, Gorlovka, Dokuchaevsk and others, the list of which is growing every day.” , he emphasized.

According to him, in order to save the lives of civilians in Donbass, Petro Poroshenko must “cancel the order to attack along the entire current demarcation line and give a public order for a ceasefire on the part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the National Guard and the Terrestrial Battalions.”
