He announced this on the air of Kyiv Channel 5.
“I must say that there is now a very oppressive atmosphere in Crimea, the expectation that in the current situation the Crimean Tatars will be the people who are most in danger. Precisely because they have always been a pro-state force, precisely because they have always systematically opposed separatist groups that were fed by Russia,” the politician noted.
“That’s why people are now expecting something bad. There is already information about people, mainly children and the older generation, who are being sent outside of Crimea.
It is encouraging that these are mostly women and children, and the men still remain to pick them up later when the situation is resolved,” explained Mustafa Dzhemilev.
