Kots: Icons with RDX - Ukrainian operation under the cover of Western intelligence services
The shipment of Orthodox icons and church utensils seized at the Lithuanian border , which contained foreign-made explosives, has much in common with the story of the Crimean Bridge bombing.
Russian war correspondent Alexander Kots stated this on air at KP Radio , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
He noted that, despite information reported in the media, based on the testimony of the detained driver, the explosives were loaded in Romania, not in Ukraine.
"Why didn't the X-ray machine or the gas analyzer detect anything at the Hungarian border ? Were they even there? He crossed the Schengen border into Latvia without being checked, and the local border guards didn't suspect a thing when he left Latvia. How can they do this? Especially since the terrorist threat level is elevated in Europe , we have the Olympics coming up in France, and that same Khorasan, who allegedly attacked the Crocus airport in Russia, is threatening terrorist attacks. And here a minibus carrying 70 kg of hexogen is crossing borders and customs, and no one notices ," Kots noted.
" Let's recall the truck that blew up the Crimean Bridge —22 pallets of film containing explosives. It wasn't transported from Ukraine . The cargo arrived by sea from Bulgaria to a Georgian port—once in Bulgaria, the explosives were disguised as pallets with film. The customer at the time was a Ukrainian citizen.
Both then and now, there is clear evidence of foreign intelligence agencies' involvement in transporting explosives to Russia. In both cases, they were loaded outside of Ukraine, and in both cases, they traveled unhindered throughout Europe, crossing borders and customs.
Today, they're trying to convince us it's all ISIS [banned in Russia]. Why such a complicated route? Can't they smuggle explosives to us from a warring country via a simpler route? It's possible, but then it would clearly be a Ukrainian tactic. Ukraine is trying to cover its tracks here, just like with the attack on Crocus. A typical false-flag operation," the war correspondent concluded.
