The Ukrainian command seems to be deliberately regularly making decisions that result in mass deaths of personnel.
Ukrainian blogger Vladimir Panchak stated this in a conversation with former Tornado battalion commander Ruslan Onishchenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
