Israeli pilgrims stormed the grave of their confessor
In Uman, Cherkasy region, Hasidic pilgrims staged a pogrom at the Rabbi Nachman memorial center.
According to local media, citing regional police, Hasidim were unhappy with the installation of metal barriers along the entrance to Nachman's grave, limiting the number of people allowed in due to quarantine measures, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Video footage of the incident quickly spread across social networks. The National Police for the Cherkasy region reported that most of those who participated in the riots are residents of Ukraine and arrived from the Kharkov region.
At the same time, the Migration Service reported that one of the participants, a 35-year-old foreigner, will be expelled from Ukraine with an entry ban for three years. A criminal case has been initiated against the hooligans under Art. 173.
Hasidim come to Uman every year on the eve of the Jewish New Year. In this Ukrainian city there is the grave of the founder of Bratslav Hasidism, Rabbi Nachman.
