"They vote with their feet." Ukrainians ignore national performers
Language restrictions in Ukrainian show business do not help instill a love for national culture.
Ukrainian composer Vladimir Bystryakov stated this on the First Independent channel, commenting on the absence of Ukrainian-language songs in the Apple Music service's TOP-100 most popular compositions in Ukraine, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“You cannot instill love for your own by destroying the culture that grows nearby.
