Former speaker of the DPR Foreign Ministry Konstantin Dolgov promised to shave his beard if the Russian team wins today’s match with the Croats at the FIFA World Cup.
Dolgov explained that he had been wearing a beard for three years; he acquired it when he lived in Donetsk. “I love her very much. I can no longer imagine my life without a beard. But if ours win and reach the semifinals, I’ll shave it off. I have my word,” he promised on his blog.
The former DPR Foreign Ministry spokesman promised to shave his beard if the Russian team won.
