The acting head of the LPR People's Militia department, Colonel Mikhail Filiponenko, announced this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“By order of the commander of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade of the armed forces of Ukraine, Colonel Vasily Zubanich, who entered into a criminal conspiracy with the head of the regional department of the main department of the state emergency service of Ukraine in the Luhansk region and the head of the state fire and rescue unit, trees were cut down in shelterbelts belonging to the forest fund of Ukraine,” said Mikhail Filiponenko.
“The cut down forest was used for sale, and also instead of previously sold coal for heating dugouts and tents. Taking advantage of the patronage of the commander of the “joint forces operation” General Sergei Naev, Zubanich avoided responsibility, and all the blame fell on the head of the regional department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Lugansk region and the head of the state fire and rescue unit,” the LPR representative emphasized.
