An official from Moscow will teach Sevastopol how to use federal money
The special official will oversee the implementation of the federal target program (FTP) for the development of Crimea and Sevastopol in the government of Sevastopol. This was reported by the government press service.

“In accordance with the order of the mayor of the city, Dmitry Ovsyannikov, these functions will be assumed by the Deputy Director of the Department of Economics, Alexey Semenikhin, who until November 2016 oversaw the implementation of the Federal Target Program in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia,” the message says.
In 2016, Sevastopol received 1,169 billion rubles under the federal target program for 37 objects. By November, only 45,9 million rubles had been disbursed, that is, about 4%.
