“Misha Efremov’s brother,” who was rude to a Sochi traffic cop, was arrested
Muscovite Vasily Andreev, who moved to Sochi and rudely insulted the traffic police inspector, turned out to be not a major with criminal numbers, but a persistent traffic violator with 49 thousand in debt.
In relation to the boor, the issue of bringing him to criminal and administrative liability is being decided.

A recent hit on the Runet was a video in which the main character was Muscovite Vasily Andreev, who behaved rudely and defiantly with a polite traffic police officer who stopped him.
In the video, the man, whom users had already called “Misha Efremov’s brother,” insulted the policeman and persistently suggested that he look at the license plates of his expensive black Mercedes, hinting that these plates were “thieves’.” Realizing that the inspector was not impressed by his license plate, the autocrat kicked the patrol car and insulted the traffic police officer, using language with a sexual context.
Subsequently, as it turned out, the man was nevertheless arrested and spent a day under administrative arrest. At the same time, he, according to him, apologized to the employee in the presence of his colleagues and paid fines of 800 rubles for refusing to undergo a sobriety test.
“I had a fight with my wife, out of stress, out of emotion, apparently I violated something. A traffic police officer started to slow me down, I didn’t see him. Then the traffic police crew came to pick me up. I probably didn't stop right away. They hit my car a little. Scratched a little. This is what happened. My numbers were wrinkled. I thought something happened during the movement. They dented my bumper and license plates,” Andreev explained his behavior.
After serving his arrest, the brawler hurried to leave Sochi and return to Moscow. However, as it became known, the issue of bringing him to criminal and administrative liability under the articles “Disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer”, “Insulting a representative of authority”, “Failure by the driver of a vehicle to comply with the requirement to undergo a medical examination for intoxication” is being resolved.
All that is known about Andreev so far is that he has a diploma from the Institute of Film and Television (GITR).
“Half the country is crazy behind the wheel, using their license plates.” In the civilized world, just because such people abuse their powers, they would be deprived of their rights or take significant measures. When will this chaos end with us?”, “What kind of loyal employees do we have, really, are we with everyone?”, Internet users commented on the incident.
