The blockade of Crimea is supervised by a crime boss from Poltava
The camp of the organizers of the blockade of Crimea on the border is increasingly reminiscent of Maidan, reports Moskovsky Komsomolets.

“Ukrainian trucks with food still penetrate into Crimea,” the publication writes. “Just getting there now costs more.” Speaker of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov said that the Right Sector demands $1000 for allowing one car through. Those who do not want to pay the right-wingers are quietly looking for detours. Some truckers have already shared a new route - through the Kharkov region, from there to Rostov, and then by sea by barge. However, suppliers are afraid that with the onset of storms, goods will not be able to be delivered by sea - and the products will simply disappear.”
The “blockers” camp, the newspaper continues, is increasingly reminiscent of Maidan 2013: tents, field kitchens, and in the evenings concerts by Crimean Tatar artists. The publication also pays attention to the deputy chief of police of the Kherson region, Ilya Kiva, whose task is to protect public order at the site of the action.
The publication quotes the People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the previous convocation, Mikhail Blavatsky, who characterizes Kiva as follows: “This is a completely immoral person. He was once a crime boss in the city of Poltava.”
“In the ATO zone, Kiva distinguished himself by the fact that during the economic blockade of Donetsk he proposed to shoot buses with civilians so that they would not drive on the roads,” MK recalls. “That’s why they floated him from the “hot spot” to a quiet place – the Kherson region. But even here he found something to do. The same Blavatsky said that it is Ilya Kiva who manages the passage of trucks to Crimea. “Today Mr. Kiva at the border gave the green light to his colleague in the city of Artemovsk. This is the so-called Vova Ushasty (Vladimir Ivankov), who manages all smuggling flows in Artemovsk...”
