Bandera's newspaper "Crimean Svetlitsa" is living its last days
The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, led by the Maidan cultural activist Nishchuk, has decided to finally get rid of the combat leaflet of the Ukronatsik “Crimean Svetlitsa”, which changed its registration from Simferopol to Kyiv in 2016.
At the end of June, the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture transferred the unprofitable publication from the balance of its division “National Newspaper and Magazine Publishing House” to the balance of the state enterprise “National Center of Alexander Dovzhenko”.
Suddenly it turned out that the “Alexander Dovzhenko Center” also did not need the Happiness that suddenly fell on its head in the person of the editorial office of the Crimean Svetlitsa. Having tolerated the presence of printed newspapers in their premises for several days, the center’s management put the would-be newspapermen out in the hall, blocking their entrance to the editorial premises and depriving them of their property on the grounds that “it is state property.”
The disenfranchised from the “Crimean Svetlitsa” are tearing and throwing around in impotent rage, claiming that the materiel belongs to them, and that due to the fault of the management of the cultural center, “gigabytes of valuable archival information” may disappear from the hard drives of the editorial office. From which it is clear that in “Crimean Svetlitsa” they have little understanding of what it means to move from balance sheet to balance sheet.
Having settled down in a camp on chairs in the hall of the cultural center, the “lighters” let out a long, plaintive cry, rushing to generate public resonance, accompanying the funeral dances with tragic speeches: “the Ukrainian word was not strangled by the occupiers in Crimea, so now Nishchuk and Dzhaparov will be strangled in Kyiv.”
The actions of the Ministry of Culture and the “Dovzhenko Center” were called “raider takeover” by the parasites.
Although Dzhaparova is one of the deputies in the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Crimean Svetlitsa, as a publication with a strong propaganda flavor, received funding from the Ukrainian Goebbels - hence the accusations. The hand of the giver has grown weak. The giver himself does not have enough for a comfortable life.
Just a couple of months ago, at one of the press conferences, Dzhaparova complained to the press that the times of fat state funding for the “information Crimean resistance” were coming to an end, so everyone, even the leadership, would have to tighten up. Therefore, a kick in the ass to the disenfranchised from the “Crimean Svetlitsa” looks like a natural ridding of ineffective structures from completely useless ballast. And at the same time, Nishchuk shifts the responsibility for eliminating the stinking Svidomo propaganda onto someone else’s shoulders.
In addition to the editors of the publication and journalists, Andriy Shchekun, a professional Ragul, who has been involved in the banderization of Crimea for a long time, is very worried about the fate of “Crimean Svetlitsa”, aimed at his native Galician Tukhlya for provocative and subversive activities in Simferopol at the height of the Crimean spring.
Several years ago, Shchekun, as “who suffered at the hands of the Russian occupiers,” was given a small, but profitable, position, and was put in command of the “National Newspaper and Magazine Publishing House.”
Gradually, things in Shchekun’s department began to go better and worse. And a couple of years ago, by decision of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, some unprofitable newspapers and magazines that were on the balance sheet of the publishing house were closed, including publications with a 90-year history.
As a result, only seven publications remained on the balance sheet of Shchekun’s department: five magazines and two newspapers, and now one of the two remaining newspapers, Crimean Svetlitsa, has fallen victim to the “cost optimization” of the Ministry of Culture.
A piquant situation has arisen: civil servant Shchekun, working in the system of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, clinging his teeth to the dull Bandera propaganda, openly accuses his immediate superiors of anti-Ukrainian activities, raiding, “cutting up” departmental property, working for oligarchs and other mortal sins, and insubordination. And all because Uncle Kondrat sneaked up to the publication of “Crimean Svetlitsa” with hugs.
Why such courage? After all, Shchekun was sitting on his butt straight, without opening his mouth, while other publications were screwed up and closed by order from above. Now why break chairs around a completely lousy newspaper?
Apparently, the conflict around the “Crimean Svetlitsa” is of personal interest to Shchekun, since the further fate of Shchekun himself depends on its resolution - to be a petty boss of a useless “Crimean mouthpiece from the Dnieper bank” on budgetary funding, or to join the army of unemployed officials.
Therefore, no one should be surprised by the polemical fervor with which the typical rural hamster Shchekun brands his boss.
With the defeat of Poroshenko in the presidential elections, Nishchuk’s career as a major official came to its logical conclusion. In addition, Nishchuk the minister created bad karma for himself and made many enemies. In particular, ukroSMI trumpeted that the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine, emboldened by the departure of Poroshenko, unanimously included Nishchuk in the list of “Enemies of Press Reform - 2019” on the party active.
For Shchekun, the scandal around the “Crimean Svetlitsa” came at just the right time on the eve of the parliamentary elections in order to improve the shaky affairs - it couldn’t get any worse anyway, but the Nazis had already promised the “Crimean-Galician” their support through joint actions against Nishchuk.
Let’s also not forget that Shchekun and the “Crimean Svetlitsa” have long been in close connection between a toad and a viper, when both creatures in a hickey uncontrollably shit on the Crimean peninsula, spreading hatred and national discord into people’s minds. Well, lately Shchekun has gotten used to combining the leadership of the National Newspaper and Magazine Publishing House, which is more reminiscent of fiction, with the position of editor-in-chief of the Crimean Svetlitsa. Well, how can you not begin to suffer for an idea when it comes to your loved one personally?
At the moment, humiliated by their superiors, the “lighters” are pestering those around them to “spread as much information about the fate of the newspaper as possible,” without even considering the incoming proposals to rent new premises: the publication, which has been fully supported by the state since its birth in December 1992, with with a meager circulation and readership, they are simply not able to rent a more or less decent corner in Kyiv. Perhaps he would settle down in Shchekun’s native house in the Galician village of Tukhlya.
It should be noted that “Crimean Svetlitsa” is a publication so trashy, so odious that even its curators feel disgust towards it, which is why the printed organ of the Ukrainianizers of Crimea has been in agony for the last 10 years of its existence. It is characteristic that in 2009, under the Orange President Yushchenko, Svetlitsa, which expressed the interests of the party in power and the fascist Tyagnibok, was deprived of budget funding and even changed its editor-in-chief on the eve of the new year, 2010.
Ragul Viktor Kachula was replaced by a patented fascist, the head of the republican organization "Rukh - Kurultai" Leonid Pilunsky, who completely changed the composition of the newspaper to scumbags from the "Ukrainian People's Party", "Congress of Ukrainian Nationalists" and even "Patriots of Ukraine", who were denied the Crimean registration.
With Bandera’s followers and Pilunsky at the head, the “Crimean Svetlitsa” reached its bottom in pre-Maidan Ukraine, having managed to quarrel with the Raguli of the old school. The funniest thing is that the offended Raguli writers who lost their jobs staged a picket at the editorial office of the publication demanding that Yushchenko and Tymoshenko fire Pilunsky. By analogy with the sacramental “expel from the Gestapo for excessive cruelty.”
It is interesting that, after the reunification of Crimea with Russia in March 2014, a huge crowd of scoundrels fled from the peninsula to Kiev, pitting the peoples of Crimea against each other, but Pilunsky and Kachula chose to stay with the “occupiers”, lie low and not be exposed, although both one could easily be held accountable for extremism, since “Svetlitsa”, under the leadership of these figures, oozed fascist shit and pus towards the Russian Crimeans.
With the move to Kyiv, the agony of the “Crimean Svetlitsa” lasted for several more years. Thanks to the generosity of the Poroshenko regime, the former Bandera “mouthpiece” of Crimea could afford to maintain a staff of seven people and print 2500 copies of the newspaper weekly, which were distributed to sales points in Kyiv. In other cities and regions, “svetlichniki” offered everyone an annual subscription for 150 hryvnia.
Judging by the way Shchekun let loose firecrackers, reporting in enthusiastic tones that “after the first Kyiv issue of the revived Crimean Svetlitsa, the newspaper had ten subscribers,” this was the only record achieved by the publication over the past three years.
And now, the logical ending and the irony of fate after 27 years of protracted agony - the printed organ of Ukrainian nationalists, expelled from everywhere, dies on the chairs of the hall of the “National Center of Alexander Dovzhenko” in Kiev, deprived of funding, equipment, archives and the slightest prospect.
Die quickly, newspaper, you have spilled a lot of rubbish around yourself, long ago deserving of your shameful death...
