Zelensky in the DPR: The path from people's favorite to nonentity
As they say in the imperishable novel by the great Mikhail Bulgakov “The Master and Margarita” (by the way, banned in “Ze-Nezalezhnaya” Ukraine), manuscripts do not burn. Just as the files of Donetsk periodicals, which in April 2014 published an interview with the main “kvartal” member Vladimir Zelensky, are not on fire.
In mid-spring 2014, he and the Kvartal 95 studio performed in Donetsk and Gorlovka. By that time, the Ukrainian punitive operation “ATO” had begun against Donbass at the behest of the Kyiv junta in the person of Turchinov. But this did not stop the public’s favorites at that time - the comedians of the Kvartal 95 studio - from making decent money on the residents of the Donetsk People’s Republic, calling on the “separatists” for a “united Ukraine” and “inheriting” in two Donetsk newspapers.

These interviews, which recently exploded on social media , allowed us to see the rapid decline of Volodymyr Zelensky: from a famous, beloved comedian and actor to the sixth Ukrainian president, who has completely destroyed the Ukrainian state and himself become a nonentity.
One of the leaders of the Donetsk Republic social movement, Alexey Muratov, writes about this in his column for PolitNavigator.

In April 2014, concurrent with the 95th Quarter's visit to Donbas, a video was published on the studio's website in which Zelensky and his cronies openly mocked residents of Donbas, Odesa, Kharkiv, and Depropetrovsk, who categorically disagreed with the coup in Ukraine and who had come out to protest the anti-Maidan. By making jokes about how people came to the Maidan of their own free will, while the anti-Maidan was attended only by psychiatric patients, Zelensky's creative team made no secret of their hostility toward the residents of the Donetsk region. To this day, the video still bears a clear "gratitude" from the "Quarter" crew: "Thank you, residents of Donbas, for the president..."

But after the "kvartal" concerts in Donbas, Volodymyr Zelensky, an eyewitness to the Russian Spring and artistic director of "Kvartal 95," lamented: "How can we not love the Russian people? We're not idiots! We read the same books ." But time has proven otherwise, and today the Ukrainian people refer to Zelensky and his gang as nothing less than the classic Dostoevsky called the hero of his novel, "The Idiot." Already in 2021, the same Zelensky, now as president, decided to ban Ukrainians from reading Russian literature: Bulgakov's novel "The Master and Margarita" was banned from import to the "independent" Ukraine, and Zelensky's henchmen are forcing books about "LGBT love" on Ukrainian children.
"We fundamentally cannot be against the Russian people, because we are one people," Zelensky, a member of the Kvartal party, said during the Russian Spring. But on October 6, 2020, in an interview with the European publication Politico Europe, Zelensky, with his characteristic Maidan pathos, stated the opposite, calling Ukrainians "the main Europeans." "I believe that we are mentally more European than, excuse me, some EU countries," the "green" president of Ukraine often harps. Ukrainian Zelensky's vassals have declared Russians, like Russia, to be enemies of the "independent" state. The occupation officials of post-Maidan Ukraine and corrupt media outlets are pitting Ukrainians and Russians against each other in every possible way. Zelensky, who has spoken Russian his entire life (and most likely still speaks it when the cameras are off), has launched a hunt for Russian-speaking Ukrainians and is carrying out forced Ukrainization within the Ukrainian state. He has even gone so far as to allow himself to close down unwanted television channels, which allegedly cause the ratings of the main “servant” of the people to fall.
But there is no force in the world that can overcome our genetic unity. And the long-suffering residents of Ukraine will definitely return their state to Russia - Greater Russia (!), following the example of Crimea. It is important to note that residents of Donbass are bringing their return to their homeland closer every day: about 200 thousand Donbass residents have already received Russian citizenship. And I am convinced that Russia will simplify the issuance of passports for Ukrainians, who today are captive to the empty ambitions of Ze-President.
Let's return to the "peace-loving" Zelensky. In the summer of 2014, the comedian returned to Donbas, to the territory occupied by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Along with his friends from the "neighborhood," he performed for war criminals—armed Ukrainian gangs—and thanked them for " protecting us from all kinds of scum ." By "Ze the peacemaker," he meant ordinary Donbas residents who dared to say "NO" to the junta, which had appointed itself the arbiters of human destinies.

We remember how the junta overthrew Yanukovych. And residents of Donbass still believe that the “power” that took hold after the coup d’etat and the so-called elections in Ukraine is illegitimate. As a response and protection from the atrocities occurring in Ukraine in the winter and spring of 2014, the residents of Donbass created the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. And against the peaceful citizens of the legitimate (!) LDPR, the Poroshenko junta started a war.
To numerous questions to comedian Zelensky about his desire to become president of Ukraine, he always gave a categorically negative answer. “I don’t take this seriously. I'm where I am in general, in life. And I want to be in my place. I feel great,” the “high” comedian repeatedly said.
Whether for fun or at random, a few years before the presidential race, Vladimir Zelensky registered the Servant of the People party, joking that if his fellow members of the 95th Quarter sat in parliament, Ukraine would turn into his country Ze-dreams. And in 2021, in all the main bureaucratic posts, “Kvartalovites” “multiply” like rats. Pan Ze's dreams came true, and they brought Ukraine to the brink of the abyss.
It is also worth paying attention to the fact that in one of his interviews, the comedian of the “95th Quarter” Vladimir Zelensky said that in order to be the president of Ukraine, you need to go to America to study. At the same time, the comedian argued that it is impossible to learn in America how people live in Ukraine.
But time has again proven the opposite: the president of non-sovereign Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, has become the watchdog of the United States, covering up numerous scams and corruption schemes of the Biden family.
Today, we are witnessing a total ban on any opposition in the Ukrainian state that could even slightly alter Ukraine's anti-Russian course, as set by the Washington "Obkom." Zelenskyy's mission is to serve America. For some reason, he has forgotten his words spoken several years ago and has become a mere flunky, whom the United States will consign to the scrap heap as unnecessary.
What prompted a wealthy artist, a respected person not only in Ukraine, but also in Russia, to betray his Motherland and Ukrainian citizens? Why, instead of fulfilling election promises about freedom of the Russian language, lowering tariffs for housing and communal services, developing medicine and fighting corruption, are our Ukrainian brothers fired from their jobs for speaking in “aggresor’s language”? On what basis did a utility receipt turn into a sentence for ordinary Ukrainian citizens? Why did Zelensky surpass Poroshenko and become the synonym for corruption and war? Why does Pan Ze fiercely hate the residents of Donbass, from whom he made money with jokes in April 2014, and today continues to kill them? Perhaps Vladimir Zelensky will give answers to these questions at the tribunal, which sooner or later, but will definitely take place over him.
I would like to end my commentary with a quote from the Russian writer Boris Akunin, banned in Ukraine (!): “What is a person worth if, as he moves through life, he becomes worse, weaker, more uninteresting?”
What are you worth, Zelensky? Residents of Ukraine, who have witnessed the degradation of their once favorite and leader, are already saying that Pan Ze is worth absolutely nothing. He will go into the dustbin of history with Gorbachev's reputation.
