Unlike the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, who is reproached for his 26 years in office, the West has no complaints against the dictator of Montenegro, who has been in power since 1991.
Russian political scientist Oleg Matveychev stated this on the Rossiya 1 television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
