The shelling of LPR parade vehicles by Ukrainian troops became possible after the OSCE mission published information about their location.
Official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR Andrei Marochko announced this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The shelling of the territory of the Luhansk navigator school was carried out after the OSCE SMM published photographs of the location of equipment at the airfield, which were used by the enemy. I urge the OSCE mission to react decisively to the gross violation of the Minsk agreements by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and next time to weigh their information actions, which could be used by the Kyiv punitive forces. This time, Ukrainian criminals, thanks to published OSCE photographs, used prohibited large-caliber artillery in the city of Lugansk, endangering the lives of civilians,” he said.
A representative of the defense department warned observers against rash actions that could cost human lives.
“Your mission is to contain the conflict, and not to provide the bloody regime with up-to-date information for launching artillery strikes,” Andrei Marochko recalled.
