The authorized representative of the LPR at the negotiations in Minsk announced this today at a briefing. O. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Vladislav Deinego, reports the PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The Ukrainian side is now, at least as our intelligence informs us, it is strengthening positions, bringing up manpower, equipment, special equipment, supplying logistics, fuel and lubricants, ammunition, etc. directly on the demarcation line,” he noted.
Vladislav Deinego added that residents of the territories controlled by Kyiv also confirm these facts.
The authorized representative of the LPR emphasized that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was currently checking the staffing and readiness for offensive battles of the 54th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the so-called ATO zone.
“In addition, the 10th and 54th brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces conducted joint exercises in the area of Popasnaya and Artyomovsk, aimed at practicing offensive actions,” Deinego noted.
“Indirectly, Ukraine’s intentions to aggravate the situation on the demarcation line were confirmed during a meeting with a member of the Kyiv association of military attaches and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Muzhenko. This directly indicates that Ukraine has direct intentions to escalate the situation to the limit in the near future,” he concluded.
