A plot of land for a gas filling station along Kamyshovskoye Highway in the area of the Toyota car dealership was leased in 2004 to AGGS Servicegaz-Avto LLC. The unfinished building on this site has been in disrepair since 2007. This was stated in the report presented at the City Council.
According to the speaker, he managed to contact the company, but this did not particularly clarify the situation.
“One time I called them, they said that the site had been transferred to the state. At the same time, it is not clear which state they transferred to – Ukraine or the Russian Federation,” the speaker said.
He also said that “the area is not cleaned and is littered. According to the general plan of the city, this is an industrial zone.” According to him, the land plot no longer serves its intended purpose. The director of the department of urban planning and architecture, Igor Malozemov, proposed to cancel all decisions that were once made.
“I propose to check the intended use of the land. And about the lease agreement. Accordingly, due to the fact that the lease agreement has not been fulfilled since 2007, take measures to terminate it legally,” Malozemov concluded.
