The UN saw an improvement in the situation in Donbass
The situation at checkpoints in Donbass has improved.
This was stated by Deputy Head of the Representative Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Noel Calhoun, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The situation at checkpoints has improved... Also... visits have been made to checkpoints in the Donetsk region to assess progress, this progress is possible, and more can be done, there are concrete steps that can be taken to ensure that checkpoints operate more smoothly,” Calhoun said .
At the same time, despite the improvement of the infrastructure at checkpoints, problems still remain, noted Maria Alekseenko, head of the “Advocacy and Legal Assistance for HPE” project of the “Right to Defense” charitable foundation.
“Like last year, many problems remain, for example, at the Stanitsa Luhanska checkpoint, from 4 to 10 people can lose consciousness during the current in such heat,” Alekseenko said.
