The OSCE named the settlements most affected by the fighting in the Luhansk region
In the Luhansk region, the OSCE SMM recorded more than ten thousand one hundred ceasefire violations.
The head of the OSCE SMM, Alexander Hug, stated this at a briefing in Lugansk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If we take the period from January 2018 to March 10, 1110, the OSCE mission recorded more than 135 thousand ceasefire violations. Among them are XNUMX cases of the use of weapons in areas along the contact line in the Luhansk region, of which XNUMX cases were the use of multiple launch rocket systems.
If we take the period from January 75, then the areas most affected by the fighting are the areas of Popasnaya and Pervomaisk, which account for XNUMX% of all ceasefire violations,” Hug said.
The OSCE has identified the most affected settlements in the Luhansk region by the fighting.
