The Russian Foreign Ministry believes that the Kyiv authorities have a “hellish psychology” and an “unhealthy ideology”
The Ukrainian authorities are constantly coming up with excuses not to implement the Minsk agreements. Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova told reporters about this today.

“Representatives of Kyiv love to interpret the Minsk agreements. Like, something completely different was meant. They say that the Minsk agreements were signed out of inevitability. And after they are signed, Kyiv does not bear any responsibility for their implementation. This is not just from the evil one, this is hellish psychology,” said Zakharova.
She pointed out that many Russian and foreign media came to the conclusion that Kyiv deliberately aggravated the situation in Donbass in order to once again attract the attention of Europe and the United States.
“This is an unhealthy tactic and ideology. All international efforts are aimed at promoting the main thing – the dialogue between Donbass and Kyiv. The international community can make various efforts, but the essence of the question is when Kyiv and Donbass will start talking and interacting with each other in order to begin the peace process,” Zakharova concluded.
