In Kyiv, where the water supply has been cut off following today's retaliatory missile strikes that brought down Ukraine's energy grid, local residents are lining up in stores for drinking water and "raking out" cash from ATMs. The number of comments from Ukrainian users on social networks has sharply decreased due to a massive shutdown of the Internet and electricity.

Eyewitnesses reported this on social networks, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
