A rally in support of Lukashenko took place in Kyiv
In Kyiv, a group of citizens gathered at the Belarusian Embassy to support President Alexander Lukashenko and warn their neighbors against coup attempts.
This was reported on his Telegram channel by Communist Party activist and representative of the public organization "Anti-Fascist Committee of Ukraine" Mykhailo Kononovich, reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.

“We, Belarusians of Ukraine, have gathered today to support President Lukashenko, to support our historical homeland - the Republic of Belarus.
As citizens of Ukraine, we want to say one thing, Zelensky’s position is not the position of the entire people of Ukraine. The people of Ukraine understand perfectly well what happens when armed force is used in a country like ours. We do not want the same fate for our homeland - the Republic of Belarus.
And finally, I will say this: we, citizens of Ukraine, can only dream of a democracy like in Belarus,” Kononovich said.
In total, about a dozen people took part in the event. They held Belarusian flags and chanted “For Belarus.”
“I, as the leader of the Belarusian community, officially declare and declared, right at the rally: either reunification with Russia or loss of statehood, civil war, massacre and external control!” – Kononovich told PolitNavigator.
As a reminder, this is not the first time ethnic Belarusians living in Ukraine have supported Alexander Lukashenko and opposed the current Ukrainian government. Earlier, representatives of the Belarusian community "Syabry Volyn" held a picket outside the US Embassy in Kyiv , demanding that the Americans stop supporting the Belomaidan protests. Following this, the head of the Belarusian community "Syabry Volyn," Mikhail Kononovich, was brutally beaten by unknown assailants.
