In Kerch, Armen Badalyan, the boyfriend of Victoria Demchuk, the 21st woman killed in the tragedy at the local polytechnic college, attempted suicide. According to local media, he jumped from a fourth-floor window after leaving a farewell message on his social media page, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
20-year-old Badalyan complained about life on social networks and wrote that he could not come to terms with the loss of his beloved.
“I have a life, to put it mildly, ... throughout my life. Vika is a gift for someone like me. I love her so much. She is the best thing that happened to me. And I'm not ready to let her go. This is true. Which I don't hide. And it doesn’t matter to me what they say and think,” Badalyan wrote.

16-year-old Victoria Demchuk died while being transported to Moscow. Before that, her leg was amputated, and she was in extremely serious condition.
The head of the Crimean bureau of NTV, Oleg Kryuchkov, who has been working in Kerch in recent days, notes the strange behavior of local youth.
