This was stated today during a briefing by Deputy Minister of Defense of the DPR Eduard Basurin.
“For us, the best thing in the Debaltseve Cauldron is that the Ukrainian soldiers surrender, we propose to lay down their arms and go in our direction, we guarantee their safety. Otherwise, the security forces will continue to suffer heavy losses.
In particular, in the last 1 hours alone, as a result of clashes, the total losses of Ukraine’s security forces amounted to: 2 tank, 93 vehicles, personnel - XNUMX people killed,” he said.
According to his information, since the beginning of the resumption of active hostilities (within twenty-two days), Ukrainian military personnel have lost 3 aircraft, 1 helicopter, 169 tanks, 133 infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers and MTLBs, 124 field artillery guns, 96 vehicles and 2149 people killed.
