The Solomensky District Court of Kyiv denied NABU access to the financial documents of the Party of Regions Foundation due to bank secrecy. The court decision is not subject to appeal.

And recently, the same Solomensky court already denied NABU access to the accounts of the “Union of Youth of the Regions of Ukraine”.
