Russia is successfully implementing large-scale infrastructure projects in Crimea, while Ukraine is only organizing actions to blockade the peninsula.
Ukrainian political scientist Dmitry Korneychuk writes about this in his blog.
“Putin’s meanness is that he “squeezed out” Crimea - and yet built a bridge, installed gas and electricity. And we managed to leave Crimea without electricity, water, food, block trains there, and create terrible conditions for crossing the border. How did it happen?" – Korneychuk laments.
