The notorious Minister of Infrastructure, Volodymyr Omelyan, has spoken out against negotiations with Russia on resuming direct air travel between the two countries until Crimea and its eastern territories are returned to Ukraine, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“After the return of the occupied Crimea and the eastern territories of Ukraine, the payment of reparations for almost 400 years of occupation, we will definitely return to negotiations with Muscovy, Tatarstan, Chechnya and Siberia on the issues of flight over their territories and permission for aviation companies of these states to fly in transit over the territory of Ukraine,” - he said in a comment to the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviation) proposed that the Ukrainian authorities hold negotiations on resuming air traffic in full.
Previously, Omelyan boasted that he had repaired the “road to Bandera” and promised to build a hyperloop in Ukraine.
