Lugansk, November 11 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The commander of the Prizrak brigade, Alexey Mozgovoy, announced a decrease in the intensity of clashes.

He said this during an interview with Radio Komsomolskaya Pravda.
“A bit of a lull. There is calm in the northern direction. Shootings intensified in the Debaltseve direction,” Mozgovoy said.
“The Ukrainian army has no choice: either make a counter-exit in the near future, or remain in winter quarters for the winter,” he suggested.
