Ukraine committed an international war crime
Ukrainian security forces committed an international war crime yesterday by shelling Donetsk . Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of National Defense magazine, told PolitNavigator.

“Those responsible for this must be identified. Criminal cases should be initiated against them by the DPR prosecutor's office. I believe that the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation will also open a criminal case against the specific perpetrators of international war crimes: the armed forces of Ukraine and the so-called volunteer battalions,” Korotchenko said.
In his opinion, the United States is pushing Ukraine to commit war crimes.
“The United States is actually facilitating war crimes committed by the Poroshenko regime. Kurt Volker's mission indicates that both Washington and Kyiv are trying to avoid implementing the Minsk agreements, replacing them with completely different documents. Ultimately, they want to close the Russian-Ukrainian border and commit genocide against the civilian population of the LDPR,” the expert emphasized.
