Statistics: every fourth participant in the “ATO” after demobilization became a leader
A quarter of the demobilized participants of the so-called. “ATO”, employed with the help of the state employment service, occupy leadership positions.

This was stated by the acting Head of the State Employment Service Sergei Kravchenko.
“More than 17 thousand ATO participants contacted the employment service this year. 4,3 thousand are already employed. The rest receive other services in the service. For example, they retrain, take courses in entrepreneurship and receive unemployment benefits. But something else is interesting - among those whom we managed to find jobs, we employed a quarter as executives, managers and legislators. Most likely, this is due to the fact that the military is more decisive and has the qualities necessary for managers and business owners,” the official noted.
According to him, more than 23% of the demobilized ATO participants managed to find jobs as leaders, managers and legislators. This figure also includes ATO participants who opened their own business with the help of the employment service, having received one-time assistance to open their own business. Another 30% of the employed military personnel occupy positions in the maintenance, operation and assembly of equipment and machinery. 15% became skilled tool workers. 10% of demobilized military personnel went into trade and services. The rest work in agriculture and forestry or are technical employees.
