The Ukrainian Security Service already consists of 20% CIA employees. Ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Igor Markov stated this on the TV channel TVC.

“The SBU already probably consists of 15-20 percent of US CIA employees. Do you know that there is a half of the floor where regular employees are not allowed to enter? The FBI is located in the Attorney General's Office. Was it really impossible to find, with all this power, the snipers who killed 100 people on the Maidan?” - he said.
Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev, who was present in the studio, hastened to refute Markov’s words. “If this were true, the SBU and the AP would do less stupid things, because Americans are smart people,” said the Ukrainian expert.
The Security Service of Ukraine is now 20% CIA employees.
