Residents of Mariupol report on social networks about another earthquake. According to local residents, a rumble and tremors were felt in the city and surrounding areas this morning at about 9:00.

"It was similar to the last earthquake, only much shorter, probably only about 5 seconds," said Marina, a resident of the Central District, according to mariupol.tv.
As Alexander Kindzer, Deputy Director for Research at the Institute of Geophysics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and a candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, commented to the local portal 0629 , no seismic activity has been recorded in Mariupol.
At the same time, the scientist noted that today at about 9:00 an earthquake occurred in Romania under the Vrancea Mountains.
“Seismic activity was recorded at a very deep depth of 134 km, so the tremors could be felt throughout Ukraine,” Kindzer said. At the same time, seismic activity was not so high - 3,6 points.
