Russia pointedly ignored the lamentations of Ukrainians at the Munich Tribunal
The Russian side ignored the hearings held today in Munich at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, initiated by the Ukrainian side, which is seeking from Moscow the extradition of arrested participants in the provocation of an attempt to break through the Russian border by Navy boats in the Kerch Strait area at the end of 2019.
Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Lana Zerkal once again stated that Kyiv considers Crimea and the Kerch Strait to be Ukrainian territory. She demanded the immediate release of 24 members of the Ukrainian crews, as well as the return of military units of the Ukrainian Ukrainian Armed Forces to Kyiv.
Western lawyers hired by Kiev also spoke out in support of Zerkal’s theses.

Russia made its choice by ignoring the meetings in Hamburg, while Ukraine insists that the verdict will be binding in any case. What else? That's right - nothing, the notorious international law does not provide for any responsibility for failure to comply with decisions of the tribunal on the law of the sea.
