Russian capitalists keep 60 trillion rubles offshore
The A Just Russia faction will submit to the State Duma of the Russian Federation a bill on deoffshorization, which implies inclusion in the list of strategic systemically important industrial enterprises with revenues of up to 10 billion rubles, and in agricultural enterprises - up to 4 billion rubles, as well as enterprises carrying out state bronze orders.
Deputy Andrei Kuznetsov announced this to journalists in parliament today, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“We believe that in today’s conditions, the offshore dependence of the Russian economy is the main corridor that deprives Russia of much-needed budgetary and other investment funds... According to the Central Bank, we had a record capital outflow last year alone - more than $220 billion. This, of course, does not fit into any goal. What is the point of such a socio-economic model, which, on the one hand, needs money, and on the other, sends a huge flow of this money to unfriendly economies, offshore holes and other dubious foreign schemes,” Kuznetsov said.
According to his estimates, the capacity of offshore ecosystems of Russian capital is 60 trillion rubles.
“To underestimate such a powerful resource of dependence, when such a volume of the economy is outside the jurisdiction of Russia, in today’s conditions is not just a mistake, but a crime,” Kuznetsov emphasized.
