Djukanovic regime provokes civil massacre
In Pljevlja, Montenegro, unknown persons threw stones at the office of the Islamic community, painting its walls with “Serbian” inscriptions, while Djukanovic’s supporters are preparing a “Christmas” congress next Sunday (similar to the Christmas separatist uprising of 1919).
At the same time, representatives of the victorious opposition bloc “For the Future of Montenegro” expressed their readiness to defend the Islamic community from aggressive provocations on their own.
Last night, unknown persons bombed the office of the local Islamic community in Pljevlja, damaging windows and doors and leaving inscriptions on the walls: “Go to Turkey!”, “A black bird has flown by, Pljevlja will be Srebrenica.” The latter, by appealing to the false myth of the genocide of Bosnian Muslims by Bosnian Serbs, is likely to intimidate local Muslims and show them and the rest of the public that the source of threats is local Serb and pro-Serb forces.
Let us recall that even before the elections, similar provocations took place in Berane, Montenegro.
“We cannot get rid of the feeling that this is a deliberate provocation aimed at destroying relations between the citizens of Pljevlja and all of Montenegro on the basis of religious affiliation,” Metropolitan Amfilohije of Montenegro and Littoral (SOC) responded to the situation. “To act like this under the cover of darkness, regardless of motive, is dishonest and cowardly.” An attack on the Muslims of Pljevlja is an attack on every Christian in Pljevlja, and on every citizen of Montenegro.
I do not want to draw premature conclusions, but the fact remains that this and similar incidents remained unsolved. All this suggests that this is not an authentic form of expression of religious hatred, intolerance and hooliganism, but a deliberate plan to increase tensions regarding the outcome of the elections.
We should not forget that earlier the police, within a few hours, found and detained people who anonymously wrote on social networks (against the Djukanovic regime - ed.) or painted (Serbian - ed.) tricolors (on the walls - ed.), and the prosecutor's office immediately punished them. Now we are faced with the fact that violent incidents are not solved with such efficiency.”
At the same time, representatives of the coalition that won the parliamentary elections, the bloc “For the Future of Montenegro,” came to the building of the Islamic community of Pljevlja to support the victims. Activists of the pro-Serbian political force brought with them a poster: “If necessary, we will defend Islam together with you.”
“We have gathered here to put pressure on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro, first of all on the chief and commander of the police, so that they come out and pronounce the names of all those responsible for these terrible crimes that are happening in Pljevlja,” said the representative of the city cell of the political bloc, Dr. Dario Vranesh . – We competently assert that this is the work of ANB (the Montenegrin equivalent of the FSB - ed.).
Commanders Jovic and Slavul know who is behind this. There are videos of what happened, and we have them too. If the police don't say anything, we will come out publicly to say who committed this crime. After the fall of Milo Djukanovic, Muslims and Bosniaks did not lose, but won. All noble and honest people won, and only robbers, criminals and traders of human souls lost.”
At the same time, it became known that Montenegrin nationalists were preparing a congress for the coming Sunday, which received the unofficial name of the “Christmas initiative” by analogy with the Christmas riot, carried out in 1919 by a group of separatists who opposed the unification of Montenegro with Serbia.
Its future participants already call themselves “comites”, by analogy with the rebels of those years who fought against Yugoslavia and their fellow tribesmen, who subsequently collaborated with both the fascist occupiers and the Red partisans in order to return Montenegro to the status of a separate entity.

By the way, the hottest heads among the participants of the future congress, in particular Alexander Shogun Joketich from Cetinje, are already calling for the creation of armed detachments to “save the independence of Montenegro.”
