The Donbass republics de facto become part of Russia
Donbass is a bastion of the Russian world - over the years of war this has become not just words, but filled with real meanings.
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, stated this during a review of the "Russian Donbass" doctrine, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The Russian world became a unifying factor that allowed us to move no matter what. We certainly could never agree with the wild Russophobia that appeared in Kyiv and spread throughout the rest of Ukraine. We did not agree and considered the so-called European integration stupid from an economic point of view. And they turned out to be absolutely right.
We absolutely disagree with Nazism and neo-Nazism. We saw it with our own eyes during the entire conflict since 2014. We will definitely never agree with rewriting history. Since 2014, Donbass can be considered for many, many as a bastion and fortress of the Russian world...
In many ways, we have long felt like one of the regions of Russia, taking into account the challenges that we have taken upon ourselves. Today we are making every effort to revive the glory of Donbass as an important industrial center of Russia and create all conditions for comfortable work and improving the well-being of our residents,” said Pushilin.
The Donbass Republics are becoming de facto part of Russia.
