The President of the Center for System Analysis and Forecasting, Rostislav Ishchenko, announced this today at a press conference in Moscow.
“The position of the European negotiators is that we must make concessions to Ukraine, because Poroshenko cannot do more than he does. This position is caused by the awareness of the objectivity of the destructiveness of Ukrainian policy - integral and consistent,” Ishchenko said.
He sees Poroshenko’s consistency in relying on armed nationalist formations, since the Ukrainian president can no longer rely on security forces after Euromaidan. This is the strict logic of the actions of the Ukrainian government; the illogicality of its other actions does not matter.
“Ukraine has adopted one and a half laws that contradict each other and make the Minsk agreements unenforceable. Russia, as a guarantor of agreements, cannot also be an aggressor. No one will pay attention to this, since everyone understands the conditionality of these actions. Poroshenko is forced to fulfill the Nazi agenda. Therefore, a law on education was adopted, which quarrels Ukraine with its European partners,” the expert noted.
