Poroshenko boasted of suppressing pro-Russian sentiments in Kharkov and Odessa
Kyiv, September 21 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Pro-Russian sentiments in the largest cities of South-East Ukraine faded away in just a few months.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko stated this in an interview with the country's television channels.

“Just 4 months ago, we had separatist sentiments and rallies in the territories to the east of the Dnieper - from Kharkov to Odessa. Look how the country has changed... The country has developed immunity,” he said.
“The activities of the SBU have been significantly improved... Sabotage groups that have been preparing for years are effectively detained. Who planned to destroy defense factories,” Poroshenko added.
The head of state said that an assassination attempt was being prepared on him personally.
“A few weeks after the inauguration,” Poroshenko claims.
According to him, a “fundamental update of the SBU” is currently being carried out. “She was also infected by representatives of the intelligence services of another power,” Poroshenko claims.
