Poroshenko is one step away from isolation
The absence of world leaders at yesterday's parade in Kyiv is the West's reaction to Petro Poroshenko's failure to fulfill his obligations under the Minsk agreements. This opinion was expressed to PolitNavigator by Denis Denisov, an expert at the Institute of CIS Countries.

“In fact, there is a general trend that emphasizes that Europe is very tired of Ukraine and is simply not ready to listen to the constant lies relayed by President Petro Poroshenko and his team.
Only the President of Poland came to the event, because after the vote in the Sejm on the Volyn massacre, he could not help but come. If he had not come, it would have already meant the virtual isolation of Ukraine.
It also became known today that the Ukraine-EU summit has been postponed indefinitely, although it was supposed to take place in a few weeks. EU Plenipotentiary Representative to Ukraine Jan Tombinski said that Ukraine's counter-sanctions are an unwise decision. We see that Europe, finally, after two and a half years, is beginning to see the light as to who its partner is and how it should behave with Ukraine.
All these facts mentioned above, plus the fact that Poroshenko was not invited to the G25 summit, although he really wanted to go there, and the moderate attitude of the leaders towards the XNUMXth anniversary of independence demonstrates: the approach in the negotiation process between Europe and Ukraine has changed.
It is rather doubtful that Kyiv can expect any kind of loyal position from the Europeans. Europe is very tired of Ukrainians,” Denisov concluded.
