This was stated by military analyst and retired special forces colonel Anatoly Matviychuk, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
He believes that the Ukrainian command is still concentrating forces in this direction that are capable of again trying to break into Russian territory.
“Literally yesterday, the Armed Forces of Ukraine received an answer that they did not expect. Their tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, and a large number of militants who tried to pretend to be “Rambo” were destroyed. But they still didn’t calm down,” Matviychuk told Moskovsky Komsomolets.
Most likely, he continues, “the operation was put under control by the Washington Regional Committee and is controlled by the British intelligence services.”
“This is nothing more than a “demonstration performance”: they say, look, Ukraine can carry out tasks to destabilize the situation in the border regions of Russia. But so far they have not completed a single task - they shot at each other and lost their people.
They are led by Western intelligence officers, data is also transmitted to the militants by Western aerospace intelligence, and they have American, French and British ammunition in their hands. I am sure that this operation has been prepared for a long time,” the colonel is convinced.
