Bartłomiej Babushka, president of the Polish Industrial Development Agency, previously announced plans to build a European-gauge railway line to Ukraine, a port on the Black Sea, and a cargo terminal in the central part of the country , which would be used by Poland.

All this promises “ tangible benefits for the Polish economy ,” the Kresy publication explains.
