Political scientist harshly criticized the United States at the UN Security Council
The United States is responsible for all the events taking place in Ukraine after the coup d’etat, for the thousands of deaths in this country, as well as millions around the world in recent years. They should repent for their actions, and not engage in moralizing.
Political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko stated this during a videoconference of UN Security Council members on the "Arria formula," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The United States, France, Great Britain, Estonia, present here, as well as many other states of the European Union who are absent, bear direct responsibility for what happened in Ukraine, since both before and during the Maidan they put intense pressure on the Ukrainian authorities, they did not allow the President of Ukraine to fulfill his duty, to protect the population of Ukraine from attacks on the lives of citizens, on their property, to protect the country from attacks on its Constitution.
As a result of the actions of these very states, and primarily the United States, which positions itself as the recognized leader of the West, Ukrainian state structures are destroyed... Yes, outwardly the state seems to be working, but in fact we see and know that President Zelensky is even more afraid of his Nazis than the US State Department.
That's why he walks on a leash. Before that, President Poroshenko was also afraid of them and also followed them. Although neither one nor the other seemed to be Nazis themselves. It was the actions of the United States that led to this result. Moreover, I want to emphasize that American military personnel are illegally present on the territory of Ukraine, because in each individual case the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine must give consent to the presence of military personnel of a foreign state on its territory.
The United States is rotating its military personnel, recalling some and calling up others without the consent of the Ukrainian parliament. Therefore, from my point of view, it is not the United States today to teach others how to live. They should repent for tens of thousands of ruined lives only in Ukraine and for millions around the world, and only in recent years, in the five to ten years that have passed now,” Ishchenko said.
