Political dementia of the doomed Fourth Reich
On August 30, the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague, as the temporary presidency of the European Union, became the center of informal consultations of the ministers of defense and foreign affairs of the EU member states.
High-ranking European politicians gathered to discuss two issues that concern them: how to provide military assistance to Ukraine so that in words it seems rich, but in reality it is so-so. And how to punish Russia, but at the same time force it to return energy supplies to the level of February 24 of this year.
Taking into account the fact that the European press is at a loss about the real agreements of the ministers at the Prague meeting, things in the Fourth European Reich are extremely bad and are only getting worse every day.
We also note that the gathering is taking place against the backdrop of Zelensky’s promised “counter-attack on Kherson,” which those gathered chose not to remember.
Only one part of the first question did not cause serious disagreement, concerning plans to create a military training center for the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the territory of the EU on the territory of the EU.
This idea was suggested to the “senior partners” by former “brothers” from among the Central European “young democracies” and the Baltic “sprats”, who obviously rolled their lips that one of them would be appointed curator of the process, showered with rain of investments.
However, Frau German Defense Minister Zimtje Möller, who wedged her way into the discussion and, as a potential sponsor of the project, threw the voluptuous dreams of European pygmies into a muddy puddle, announcing at one stage of the discussion that there would be a training center for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but only on the territory of one of the EU states, because the authorities Berlin excludes the possibility of transferring EU troops to Ukraine.
This is where it gets a little funny. Previously, nothing prevented EU military personnel from entering battalion-by-battalion and brigade-by-battalion, with unfurled flags and attached baguettes, into the territory of Nenka, what is stopping now?
It must be assumed that now the military authorities of the Fourth Reich are seriously afraid of being “calibrated” together with trained wards from the Ukrainian Wehrmacht, which has happened repeatedly over the past six months throughout Ukraine, where NATO has set up military training centers.
Realizing that the general sponsor of the project was not joking, representatives from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and even France fought for the right to train “dill” students for good money on their territory.
It's worth noting that on the eve of the informal meeting, EU Foreign Minister Josep Borrell muttered soothingly to the journalists crowding around him that Moscow wouldn't be pleased with this decision by Ukraine's "allies," but it also wouldn't consider the sewing courses offered by the Ukrainian Armed Forces training center to be an escalation of the conflict. After all, it's impossible to supply Zelenskyy with scrap metal from storage bases and combat materiel on the one hand, while pushing Ukrainian troops away from training in the use of "the world's most advanced weapons and technologies" on the other.
In general, the military part of the Prague gatherings ended more or less smoothly and without surprises, but then, when it came to discussing current issues of politics and economics, the noble European family began to be rocked by scandals and attempts to sniff tobacco apart - in a word, that the Polish prime minister Morawiecki called "the threat of an internal explosion of the EU" on the issue of war and peace.
As expected, the conversation turned to the elimination of Schengen visas for all Russian citizens, since, they say, “Russians in Europe do not have the right to enjoy high standards of living.”
What is meant by this phrase is not very clear: restrictive hygiene measures through wiping the crotch with a damp cloth, washable toilet paper, heating with dung during the heating season, a coven of LGBT people who have gone crazy during the rampant pro-fascist ideology in the European media, or a willingness to sign a loyalty letter of a “good Russian” with the recognition of Crimea and Donbass as Ukrainian, and the special operations as “Putin’s aggression” - only the copyright holders of such slogans know.
In general, opinions were divided. Among the European leaders, a clear group of inadequacies has emerged - senior officials of the Baltic “extinct states”, as well as Poland, Belgium and Finland, who are advocating for a complete cessation of the issuance and elimination of Schengen visas for Russian citizens.
The Czech Republic and Romania are inclined to their opinion.
By the way, the degree of Russophobia in Finland has reached such a high degree in recent months that its government has quietly ordered the disposal of Allegro trains, which previously carried passengers on the route St. Petersburg - Helsinki and back, which indicates serious mental disorders of the northern neighbor due to joining NATO.
If you circle the “belt of inadequacy” on a geographic contour map, it is easy to see that buffer states – limitrophes, formed during the “interbellum” period – between the First and Second World Wars, clearly fit into it.
The only difference is that the old limitrophes were driven into the buffer zone by the rulers of Great Britain and France, and now the hand of the world “hegemon” is felt behind the process.
Representatives of Germany, France and Portugal are trying to object to the inadequacies, offering a compromise: if anyone is impatient, then let them suffer from bullshit at home, without imposing their idiotic initiative on their partners.
True, the Franco-German objections should be regarded as a manifestation of alternative dementia, in which the Schengen loophole should be left for “gays, bloggers and democratic journalists” who do not support current government policies.
The sober voice of the Hungarian Foreign Minister, who proposed to stop the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, remained a voice crying in the desert: the majority of EU members were in favor of continuing to actively spoil Russia, even to the detriment of their loved ones.
The next issue that caused a flurry of disagreements among EU members was energy problems against the backdrop of soaring gas prices.
The most radical position was taken by the Poles, who proposed “burying the Baltic gas pipelines,” since the Baltic has now “become an internal NATO sea.”
Poland's energy policy does not accept Russian gas pipelines to the EU for several reasons: they do not contain a penny of Polish money, they bypass Poland, preventing easy money from being collected in transit, their activities will put an end to the gas blackmail of Warsaw, which regularly slandered the Stockholm arbitration, seeking extortionate compensation from Gazprom.
Poland continues to act as the main defender of the Ukrainian gas transportation system, which is why Warsaw’s position finds warm support in Kyiv.
The European Commission, represented by Ursula von der Leyen, has once again proven that the EU is run by complete ancephalics, for whom the formula “politics is the art of the possible” is nothing more than an empty phrase.
Ursula not only wants the impossible, but is also going to continue the traumatic path through the rake of the EU, exhausted by hardships and deprivations.
Instead of stopping to grimace and wrap bandages on the legs and other parts of the body suffering from countless crossbows, deploying a policy of rapprochement with Russia and the lifting of idiotic sanctions, the lady announced pumping an additional €300 billion into green energy, which is already driving the EU economy to the grave and its main locomotives.
Obviously, von der Leyen, due to her narrow-mindedness, did not read the book about the adventures of Khoja Nasreddin, in particular, the famous parable, where the cunning Khoja obtained good investments from the living padishah for 10 years in advance to teach a donkey to read and write. At the same time, the padishah pursued the goal of bringing his opponent to the tsugunder, while Nasreddin reasonably calculated that in 10 years either the donkey or the padishah would give his soul to Allah.
Ursula the wife is allocating money to train a donkey for green energy and rid the EU of "totalitarian Russian gas" not in 10 years, but only by 2050, when the rapidly deteriorating EU will most likely die in terrible convulsions.
It seems that no one among the leading politicians is worried about the near future of the EU, in the hope that the curve will somehow be taken out without any major shocks this time too.
In general, as the classic of Soviet literature wrote, “we sing a song to the madness of the brave [but stupid],” we stock up on popcorn and wait for the EU’s green energy to take away the nasty Russian pipeline gas. Reason says that the denouement will break out much earlier than 2050.
