“The 12 Step Plan was ripped off from crafty Russian officials” – political scientist
The European customers of the 12 Steps plan decided to practice in Ukraine on how to protect the EU from collapse.
Political scientist Dmitry Vydrin announced this during a press conference, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Since it is impossible to explain what to do during the collapse of the European Union, there was an order to “practice on cats,” said Dmitry Vydrin. – Where should social experiments be conducted? In a country that is not so sorry... Therefore, using the example of Ukraine, we decided to order (a project – ed.) what needs to be done so that Europe does not fall apart.”
According to the expert, few people noticed that only the “twelfth step” of the project was called “preserving the unity of Ukraine.”
“The authors of this document stole technology from crafty Russian officials who were responsible for national projects and wrote “12 steps for implementing a national project,” the political scientist believes. “There, the first step was “discussing the project,” the second was “organizing a series of round tables,” the third was “involving experts,” and only the twelfth was “implementing the national project.”
And then they reported that the national project was 92% completed. Eleven points were completed, but the twelfth was not completed.”
Dmitry Vydrin believes that if the “12 steps” plan for Donbass is implemented, easy points will be fulfilled, such as “control of radioactive materials, which is carried out by telephone calls.” At the same time, they will not achieve the task of uniting Ukraine.
