TV presenter Dmitry Gordon stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to him, for each deputy of the Verkhovna Rada there is a folder with compromising evidence, which is connected in order to force the elected representatives to vote in one way or another.
“Every deputy should know that there is a folder for each of them. There is no deputy for whom there is no folder. And if they behave badly, they will be clicked on the nose with this folder exactly as many times as necessary for them to behave well. If the deputies think that they are all being written up, but we are not, let them not delude themselves - they are all being written up. And they shoot videos on everyone...
