Poroshenko’s guards stole the “pillar of shame” from Saakashvili’s picketers
The New Forces Movement party of Mikheil Saakashvili held a rally today “Poroshenko is not our president” in the town of Kozin near Kiev, at the gates of the estate of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.

The estate was guarded by several hundred soldiers of the internal troops, who were lined up around the perimeter. The picketers called the military personnel “the master’s dogs.” The activists, who arrived in 10 cars, planned to erect a “pillar of shame” in front of the main gate.
Former Crimean resident Liza Bogutskaya took the floor, accusing the president of having his wife wear an expensive necklace to a ball in Vienna, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“He handed over Ukraine to Putin, he is distributing Ukraine to Europe – with timber and amber,” Bogutskaya said.
The activists listened so much that they did not notice that three people from among the guards grabbed the “pillar of shame” and ran away with it into the side gate of the estate, which was also guarded by internal authorities.
“Check your pockets. Poroshenko is stealing everything: Crimea, Donbass, the army, hope,” shouted another former Crimean, Dmitry Gutman.
The protesters called the police and reported the theft of a pole valued at 27 million hryvnias. Afterward, amid cries of "Shame!" (or "shame" in Ukrainian ), they got into their cars and returned to Kyiv.
