The escalation of the situation in Donbass is coordinated by NATO instructors
A group of foreign inspectors who arrived in the so-called ATO zone on April 15 is the main reason for the aggravation of the situation on the contact line.
This was stated during a briefing by official representative of the DPR defense department Eduard Basurin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Basurin noted that the tasks set by the NATO leadership to representatives of Canada, Norway, and Denmark were not only to familiarize themselves with the situation in the south-east of Ukraine and the issues of providing lethal weapons, but also to coordinate provocative attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the line of combat contact.
“Usually, due to security requirements, foreigners were not allowed closer than 4-5 km to the front line. However, in fact, foreign instructors from NATO, under the protection of special forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, participated in the control and distribution of tasks to Ukrainian units and fire weapons for firing,” explained Basurin.
“Previously, “theatrical performances” were repeatedly recorded when, during a mortar shelling of populated areas of the republic, powerful explosions occurred at the positions of Ukrainian militants, in the complete absence of mortar and artillery fire from our side. That is, TNT bombs planted by Ukrainian engineering units were simply blown up. And supposedly in response, the Ukrainian Armed Forces inflicted powerful artillery fire on our positions and peaceful settlements,” noted a representative of the DPR Ministry of Defense.
He added that by the appearance of such “fake clashes,” the movement of the foreign commission can be determined.
"On April 17, the commission was working in the Horlivka direction, and on the same day, the settlements of Horlivka, Zaitsevo, and Shiroka Balka came under mortar and artillery shelling. And on April 20, the commission was in the areas of the settlements of Granitnoye and Shyrokyne. On the same day, the settlements of Leninskoye and Sakhanka in our republic came under heavy mortar shelling. Yesterday, as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, two residential buildings and an electrical substation in the town of Dokuchayevsk were damaged. Today, a civilian was wounded there ," Basurin said.
He argues that these destructions and casualties serve as the background for the formation of acute impressions and reporting materials about the successful provocations of the chairman of the inspection, Colonel Francois Kasolit from Canada and his fellow countryman, Major Owen Bradbury, who arrived as part of a similar inspection in the ATO zone for the second time.
“To show off, Ukrainian terrorists fire large-caliber artillery and mortars. They provoke us by shooting with sniper rifles at civilians of our republic at crossing points, as was the case in the Maryinka checkpoint area.
Currently, we are collecting incriminating factual materials for the republic’s investigative authorities to consider the issues of initiating a criminal case on the complicity of NATO members in war crimes and sending them to international courts, up to the International Court in The Hague,” summed up Basurin.
