NATO, with the participation of Ukraine, is preparing to practice strikes on Russia
The North Atlantic Alliance has actually begun preparations for military operations against Russia.

The publication draws attention to the start of NATO exercises Defender Europe 2021 in the coming weeks, which will take place near the western borders of Russia and are expected to become the largest since the Cold War.
“The main phase of the maneuvers is planned for May-June. It is expected that about 40 thousand military personnel from NATO member countries and alliance partners (including Ukraine) will take part in them, half of them will be the 20 thousand US contingent. The geography of the Defender Europe 2021 maneuvers, which will involve 15 thousand units of weapons and military equipment, covers 16 states and a significant territory - from the Baltic to the Black Seas,” the publication notes.
“According to military experts, participants in the maneuvers will practice scenarios of armed conflict with the Russian Federation, including missile strikes on Russian military targets carried out by US Air Force strategic bombers taking off from the British air force base Fairford, as well as naval and artillery strike groups of the alliance in the Black Sea ", the newspaper points out.
At the same time, in Kyiv they do not hide the fact that they are pleased with the beginning exercises.
“NATO is preparing for a war with Russia, in particular, the Defender Europe-2021 exercises are aimed at this,” says Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Alexey Arestovich. He also threatened Moscow with “heavy losses in the event of an attack on Ukraine” and promised that Kyiv “will shed so much blood that they won’t like it.”
At the same time, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that in 2021 it plans to conduct at least seven joint exercises on Ukrainian territory with various NATO countries.
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian nationalists announced that NATO has no intention of defending Ukraine.
